We welcome various tech related events like panels, networking, and sports. The main goal is to encourage interaction and tech learning.
Yes. Organizers can set the max attendee count and choose to approve participants individually or allow open entry up to capacity.
Hosts have full autonomy to select their event's location. Ensure the venue is accessible and appropriate for your planned event type.
Events must align with tech community goals and provide a safe, respectful environment. The MXTW committee reviews all events for this.
MXTW offers visibility via our platform/socials and access to potential partners. Hosts handle all event organization and logistics.
Use your social media and community channels. Include hashtags #MexicoTechWeek, #mxtw2026 and tag @mexicotechweek for us to amplify.
MXTW does not charge initial fees to hosts. However, organizers must cover any operational costs associated with hosting their event.
It doesn't have to be. MXTW doesn't charge to list your event, but you decide whether it's free or paid. If you charge, state it clearly in the description and on Luma so attendees know before registering.
Yes. Register each event separately through the host form (https://www.mexicotechweek.mx/host-form) so each one has its own page, capacity and Luma registration. The committee reviews each one independently.
MXTW is an in person week in Mexico City, so events on the official agenda must take place in CDMX. Only physical events in Mexico City are accepted, though they may also be streamed online.
Through Luma: each approved attendee receives a QR code that you can scan with the Luma app to check them in. You can also export the registration list beforehand as a backup.
